About BIC
Led by U.S. National Board Certified Exceptional Needs Specialists and Certified Autism Specialists Didi Dolandolan and Ricci Mercado, each with 7 years of experience teaching in the US and almost 10 years establishing an inclusive international school in Makati.
The BIC is borne out of love and commitment to make high-quality education and support services accessible to families and communities in Bataan.
